Our 50-years of innovation events provide an opportunity for all those who have shared the WAIT and Curtin journey – past and present staff, alumni, partners, current students and members of the extended Curtin community – to come together and celebrate what makes this university unique.
Our program of activities will kick off with staff launches across our campuses at the start of the academic year, with other key events including a mid-year partners’ dinner and a gala Alumni Achievement Awards in November. There will also be special celebrations for Schools, departments and disciplines turning 50 and many opportunities for alumni and other groups to reconnect throughout the year. Many of our regular, high-profile events, including public lectures and award ceremonies, will also support the “50 years of innovation” theme.
