Curtin’s degrees have a high level of practical approach into the workplace

I was student at Curtin University and graduated in 2007 with a Master of Accounting.

My Curtin degree was fundamental to enable me to switch career from Chemical Engineering to Accounting. I completed it whilst working full time and immediately proceeded to CPA qualification. Without the degree, I would not have completed CPA or have the qualifications to work in the accounting field or hold a controller position.

Becoming a controller was my goal when I started the degree, therefore the best part was the ability to immediately apply the learnt knowledge from the classroom into my day job. Curtin’s degree has a high level of practical approach into the workplace.
