I have learned so much during my time at Curtin and am so grateful for the support I have received
I first came to Curtin in 2005 as an Undergraduate because I wanted to be a Librarian. I was very lucky to be selected for the role as Student Assistant for the John Curtin Prime Ministerial Library by Lynne Vautier who was then the Manger of the JCPML and from there was invited to apply in 2007 for a role as Records Project Officer with the Records and Archives Office. I have progressed through my studies and my career here at Curtin, completing my Undergraduate degree in Librarianship and Information Management, followed by a Graduate Certificate in Business Leadership from the Curtin Graduate School of Business. I was promoted to Records Officer and I am now Senior Information Officer for Records and Information Management.
I have learned so much during my time at Curtin and I am so grateful for all of the support I have received. To be believed in and supported to grow while you earn a living is truly a blessing and I cannot begin to express my thanks to all of the people I have met, worked with and have been influenced by.
