6am radio journalism classes certainly didn’t seem like a good idea at the time, but now I’m glad

Dragging myself into 6am radio journalism classes certainly didn’t seem like a good idea at the time, especially as I had my heart set on print media, but now I am glad that I did. I now work as the editor of Peace News, and with the way technology is evolving in the media industry I need all the experience I can draw from to keep up with all the platforms available. It was during those morning classes that I also discovered the importance of a good coffee in the early hours, another finding that has served me well.
